Initiating a relationship with a new management firm is just the first step in what we anticipate will be a long term collaboration. Our staff is prepared to handle communications with your existing manager and make sure that the first few months of management transition go smoothly. In addition to communicating with members and keeping the Board up-to-date, we will set-up appropriate bank accounts, notify vendors, service providers and utility companies of the change in management, contact insurance agents, legal counsel, and follow-up on collection accounts.
