The Helm Management Co. offers the option of Accounting Only services. By enlisting our accounting services, communities will have confidence their finances are being managed properly by an independent, third-party. Community volunteers can rest easy that the income collected is accounted for and deposited into an FDIC insured banking institution, invoices are paid timely and monthly financial statements completed and reconciled. The Helm will assist in budget preparation, communications with CPAs, completion of tax returns, and audits/reviews.
